“I was referred to Smith Drain Solutions by my septic system excavator and clean out company. I have a very old septic and sewer system, and my entire sewer was backing up into my basement. My sewer line is 175 feet long from my house to my septic system. The company owner, Ron, came at the appointed time to troubleshoot, analyze and fix whatever problem he could. Ron was courteous, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and instilled confidence that he could ably take on the task at hand to diagnose and unclog my sewer line. Ron has state of the art equipment, including snakes, cameras, root cutters, and video equipment complete with an underground tracking system so that the problem below ground can be located above ground with his equipment. He quickly diagnosed and solved my clog problem and identified areas of weakness in my system that are susceptible to breakage and future problems. He opened my sewer line so now that I can use my sinks, showers, toilets and plumbing in my house and get my septic company to excavate and repair the system in two places that need repair and maintenance. Ron was extremely courteous, took his time, and his fee was extremely fair for the time he spent, and the level of technology, he employed to take care of my situation. I cannot overstate how highly I recommend this company to solve your sewer line problems. He gets the highest of ratings from me.“
