“Malcolm was so great to communicate with. I reached out to him blindly in search of someone that could install a backdoor for me. I had already purchased everything, including caulk, shims, the door and jamb (pre-hung), and the handle. Malcolm reassured me the estimate was going to be exactly what it was when he came out (many other companies would come out just to try and sell me their own door). He came out exactly when he said he would with his partner and the installation took maybe 2 hours. They ran into a tiny issue with how the door I was replacing was hung (they fixed it no issues) and did all the caulking and clean up immaculately. I would highly suggest AM-PM glass. “I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. Damien is easy to work with and will keep you up to date throughout the entire project. Thanks again!“
