John of West Well pump came out today and saved me from a total disaster. earlier today, on Saturday, we lost all water. No toilet, faucet, no shower, no anything with water.I called all over but all the places were closed. I found one man who said he couldn't come over but warned me against the predatory practices of places like Len the plumber and others. He told me to keep on looking for someone.Finally, I called West Well Pump and John answered. He listened, told me he would come out in an hour. I couldn't believe it. They replaced the well pump at my house when it went out and were able to come out and fix it the same day. They were professional and nice. 2 years later the well pump at my business went out on a holiday weekend when I was slammed. They rushed over the same day and within a few hours I had water for my costumers again. Definitely saved me from having to close on one of the busiest days of the year.
