One evening our water stopped flowing. We have a well system...didn't know if it was the pressure tank or the pump. John came out the next morning to diagnose and fix the problem stemming from the pump (and the poor installation from the previous owner). We had it replaced. John & his team were extremely thorough and helpful answering our questions, and being up front about costs. My wife could just tell that John has been doing this for a lifetime as he knew what he was doing and takes pride in his trade. These are the type of businesses we need to support! Thank you for your work, it is truly appreciated.
Immediate response to our urgent call. They were at our house two hours later; assessed and fixed the problem, and clearly explained what we will likely need in the near future as our well pump is old. Great service and fair prices. Highly recommend!
John of West Well pump came out today and saved me from a total disaster. earlier today, on Saturday, we lost all water. No toilet, faucet, no shower, no anything with water.I called all over but all the places were closed. I found one man who said he couldn't come over but warned me against the predatory practices of places like Len the plumber and others. He told me to keep on looking for someone.Finally, I called West Well Pump and John answered. He listened, told me he would come out in an hour. I couldn't believe it.
