Love this studio ! It's very welcoming for everyone. And they have great specials every month. The atmosphere is very peaceful as well and the space is inviting and super clean.
Sage Yoga is a beautiful relaxing retreat from the stress of life. The teachers are all excellent in their own unique way. It's an accepting supportive community where beginners through advanced yogis can learn and grow at their own pace. I was brand new to yoga when I started at Sage I felt a little intimidated at first, but I was welcomed warmly and encouraged as I became more comfortable with the practice of yoga. No judgement here, just encouragement and personal growth.
Amazing studio with very helpful and caring instructors and staff. Recently attended a sound bathing and yoga nidra workshop which was very enjoyable and enlightening. I got to both experience sound bathing as well as learn more about it.
