Luther Contracting is my Go-To contractor when anything needs to be done around the house or yard. They are quick to respond, honest, tell me the best and the cheapest way to fix my problem and are respectful of my time and property. I almost don't want to give them such high marks out of fear that they will get too popular and be hard to schedule, but they deserve 5 stars. Big fan.
I don't know why these guys aren't on Yelp because they are excellent. They replaced or repaired almost 30 linear ft of wall that had water damage for me. Their solution was not lowest cost but was in my opinion the best value for the money; the solution not only repaired the problem but should prevent future issues. I recommend without reservation. Feb18', We had them replace our front door with the blue fiberglass door with sidelites as shown in the picture. Outstanding work and a reasonable price. Still recommend without reservation. April18', They also offer handyman level kinds of service as well. They do electrical. Not sure about plumbing.

The work included but is not limited to: (1) installing 17 new windows, expanding two of them, and adding insulation whenever possible; (2) installing new ground wires; (3) replacing the old furnace; (4) replacing the main drain pipe as well as two toilets; (5) installing a new roof; (6) installing doors; (7) building an entire new bathroom (including walls, plumbing, fixtures, electrical); and (8) tearing down, building, or repairing various walls and ceilings. Luther handled it all (and I didn't even...read full review
