After 3 separate companies concluded that our basement leak (5gal/hr) was not related to the old water plumbing, Rafael came into the scene with a swift and professional assessment of what needed to be done. He got our estimate typed out in person, during his visit, and got our go-ahead on the spot. The team started work the following morning at an impressive, athletic pace.
