“The crew arrived on time very nice and professional sealed off the work site and was done by the afternoon. My only issue is the work was being done at a daycare center and the option of working on a Saturday (even though crews don't work on Saturdays) should've been offered due to the fact It was very loud in the building and the children had to spend most of the day outside. Returning to work on Monday I did notice water on the floor in the area and the electricity was not working but after having a plumber figure out the issue, I called Allmaster and Maurice came right out, and the electrician came the same week and got everything working. So overall I was happy with work and hope to have no more issues.“

“Keith and Mike came to the house to replace two twenty three year old skylights in our sunroom. They arrived on time, checked in with us for any questions we may have, and started the job promptly. They replaced both skylights, replaced all shingles which needed to be removed, sealed the edges, then cleaned the glass. They also walked the roof as a quick inspection for any other issues I may not have noticed. They took the time to show us and explain where the seals of the old skylights were starting to fail. Enjoyed talking to both men as they were both cordial and liked discussing their jobs and roofing in general. They showed up early, got all of the materials, were extremely professional, let me be involved every step of the way, and assured me and showed me how it was done. I am very particular, especially with structural impacts to my home. I learned so much and had a blast getting to know Mike and Sammy and his crew. “I had to have what I thought was only some repair work done to my nearly 100 year old slate shingle roof. But, unfortunately, I was really wrong. I needed my whole roof replaced.The estimator from Roland Slate, Denis, got onto the roof, and came back down with some horrifying pictures for me. I couldn't believe what I was looking out. But the pictures were real and of a portion of the roof that wasn't visible from the ground.In that area, the roof was conpletely exposed to the sun for nearly 100 years. And some of the shingles had turned white, with a creamsicle orange toward the center!Denis and I discussed what would be best for me. He told me that slate was going to be very expensive. So he prepared two estimates for me of material that looked like slate.And the material I chose looks like slate, that is supposed to last at least 50 years.Roland Slate is literally the only place to go to deal with slate in the Baltimore. They take great care to make you comfortable with what needs to be done. And everyone I have dealt with from there has been incredibly nice and understanding.Now, I have to have the stucco on my house completely removed and have a lot of brickwork done in there. I am going to have fake stucco, which I understand is as good or better than the real stucco. Some of the brick has to be replaced. So, i know that this is going to be expensive.But, I've already talked to Roland about giving me estimates. I wouldn't go to anyone else.“

“If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done.
