I called on Thursday because my rear window was shattered. I chose this business because of the great reviews and high ratings. I provided my information, received a quote and was scheduled for Friday at 2pm. At 2:30 no one arrived or called so I called and left a message. 3:40 pm rolls around I call back, no answer. I send a text, no answer. 5 pm. No answer. 7 pm, no answer. I even had someone else call while trying to call around to other businesses. No answer. I make a final attempt this morning, Saturday, at 9:30 am. No answer. One thing I hate is my time being wasted. Very great experience! Called yesterday about a broken windshield and got an appointment today. Saw Derek, he was very professional and all around nice. Did amazing work and was fast. Derek came out on Saturday to replace my windshield the job was completed in less than 1 hour on a very cold winter day.
