They were extremely quick. Within 13 minutes he had my car back in my yard after calling them with location . Very polite and friendly. Were reasonable about price. Very understanding considering my circumstances. But they helped me get my car back after I messed up and recked. I greatly appreciate it
They are one the best companies to deal with! I’ve used them on several occasions and they are polite, prompt and knowledgeable about the area and cars! That’s you guys!!!
Car broke down on 68 and my steering went out, I was so freaked out and I called OnStar and they set me up with Lucky 13 Towing. The guy that helped us tow (wish I got his name, sorry!) was SO unbelievably helpful and communicated with us the entire time. Very short wait time for him to get there and he helped us in every way to literally manually adjusting our tires since the steering wheel didn't work. He was so great and I would highly recommend this business!
