Great staff ,Clean facility,and reasonable price. You can tell that Greg and his family really care about their customers and love what they do . I would recommend this gym to anyone from a beginner to bodybuilder they have everything you need !

Wow. Just wow. This gym has gone to an appointment system, and it is never crowded. The trainers are excellent, and work with your baseline abilities to improve them. The Fast Start program is very popular, and effective for ALL ages.

Very good gym. I don't live in the area so I come get a day pay for $10 a day, which is a little pricy, but well worth it. The city of Cumberland is a little more old school, reminds me of the 1980s, but this gym has very modern equipment . In the many times I have been here, it has never been crowded. The locker room is always clean and also very modern. 90% of the cardio equipment has attached TVs, and there is a large giant fan over top that keeps you very cool. There is a spin room in the back as well. They also have a smoothly bar with so many flavors. I always add a scoop of protein after my workouts. The taste is wonderful and the price is right. Plenty of parking outside, and they have standard gym hours. Definitely the best gym in Cumberland.
