I just moved to Cumberland Last year. This isn't my first time calling on him; he previously assisted with my rain gutters, cleaning and fixing them. This time, encountering a heat vent issue without an exit vent for the underlying system, I turned to him based on a friend's glowing recommendation. His prompt and friendly response to my text was consistent with my past experiences. Swiftly assessing the situation with a glance at the shared picture, he confidently addressed the problem. Yes you did a great job! And you didn't really make any money. Lunch money. Lol. But the bottom line is you provided a service for a consumer in need! If there's one thing I learned about being in business is that don't let my wallet create an ego to the point that I pick and choose my work. Your service provided more than any dollar amount ever could! And I thank you! My girl my dogs my friends all benefit from your service. I'm not stressing out. I can shower. I can wash dishes. I can cook. It goes beyond what most people take advantage of everyday. To be honest with you the little jobs where more profitable than any commercial job. Less stressful. The quality of workmanship is excellent . Jon communicates and listens to feedback in a way I've not experienced in the past. He and his partner Kevin are perfectionists and go above & beyond. We just moved to LaVale and I can't tell you how lucky we are to have found Jon!
