I stopped by today to see if I could get my medical records. Which my doctor said I was entitled to . I just want to tell you I was greeted a young lady. I think her name is summer. She was on, I guess the right side to the front door very, very polite, very, very nice, you just felt very warm when you walked in. She gets major kudos. I went so I didn't have to go all the way out to lavale after I had just got sick and we waited for about an hour before I almost just left then they said they were about to call us back and when we got back we still waited for another 30 mins before anyone came back to even see my temperature. Then, when I got back, they didn't really do much for me being sick other than telling me to try and eat after I had just explained that I couldn't keep food down.

I went to this urgent care about a month ago thinking I possibly had a sinus infection. I am pregnant so wanted to be cautious. They swabbed me for strep which came back negative and tested me for COVID. I was told they’d call within 24 hours if my COVID test was positive, since the test was a send out. I never received any phone call or voicemail so I assumed my test was negative. It wasn’t until a few days ago (a whole month later) I logged into my portal and noticed I have new test results from that visit stating that I was positive with COVID.
