Unbelievably accommodating. Service? The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)

Rick & his Team do excellent work at a fair price! They are responsible, thorough, & very detail oriented. We feel lucky to have found them in a sea of bad contractors out there. Highly recommend them! We hired them to tear out/replace a large deck for us with Trex, remodel a bathroom, remodel a wall in our kitchen, and stained our wooden exterior house. Rick is great to work with as very knowledgeable (has been in the business for many years). Justin is very precise with his tile work and does a great job. Can't say enough about how good this company is to work with!

My hair was quite long and I was way overdue for a fresh cut. Kenny gave me the fade that I wanted with no problems. Super great guy, always asks for feedback, not afraid to make adjustments on the fly. Ms Lynn is as beautiful on the inside as she is on outside. I take my special needs daughter there every year for her birthday, an Lynn gives her the royal treatment, she has such a loving, compassionate heart.I' never take my baby girl any place else.
I haven't had my nails done in years but I won a 3 day paid vacation so I wanted to get something nice. Ken did an amazing job! He heard what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Very patient with me picking out the right color and had a nice selection to choose from. The place is clean and well decorated. I'm so happy with my nails and will definitely be back when it's time to refill and repaint.

My daughter & I were in town at the casino for the weekend. Our bonding included spur of the moment tattoos and Frederick Street Tattoo was close by and had good reviews. We stumbled upon a goldmine!!!! Rick and his staff were top notch. The best size and placement options were explained thoroughly as well as what will stay aesthetically pleasing for the longevity of the tattoos. I would drive the 3 hour distance without question to get my next tattoo by Rick.

I had a problem with my toilet and these fine folks came out quickly and fixed the problem. I'll definitely call them again. Now, like all of Cumberland, they are majorly backlogged on big jobs, but I appreciate their coming as quickly as they did within an hour or two of calling when another company told me it would be next week to get to an emergency call.

I HIGHLY recommend Cutter's! I had a sewer main back up in my basement and it was flooding. I called them after hours, they answered and came out first things in the morning. He was upfront with all of the cost an scenarios before he started. The Cutter team was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. They ran 75 feet of snake to the curb and cleared the blockage. I felt very comfortable with their expertise throughout the process. Added bonus...they are very affordable. I was beyond pleased with the cost. Again I highly recommend Cutter's if you have a plumbing emergency.
My main shutoff switch went out on me in the beginning of the worst heatwave so far this year. Called this morning and explained the situation and to my surprise the crew was in my area and on their way immediately to resolve the issue! Im sorry nowadays service isnt treated as empathetic as the team at Braddock Electric has shown me today. They felt what I was going through and prioritized my issue within their busy schedule. I cant express my gratitude in any other way than by saying God bless you guys for being there for myself and my family during this stressful situation. Had an appointment today with the Absolutely Fabulous Lisa (Owner) due to a highly accredited Chiropractor in Cumberland, MD working on me, and the end result was me barely being able to walk out of the exam room!!! My horrific condition continued until Lisa worked her Magic Art on my entire body… Not only can I walk now with NO pain, but I haven’t felt this Wonderful since I was in my 20’s!!! I’ve already made an appointment for my Dad…. I/we will be going to see Lisa on a Regular basis…. Customer for LIFE!!!!!
