“Our regular dog sitter said he had to scale back his clients for personal reasons, so we were a little anxious about finding a new place for watching and boarding our pup, Ace. Luckily, we came across The Pup Camp. We quickly signed him up for his temperament test (after confirming he was up to date on his vaccines). We've had Ace interact with other dogs, but mostly in small groups, so we were definitely worried at first. The staff assured us that they would keep a close eye on Ace and that they recognize daycare would be overwhelming for new dogs. Luckily, they have two webcams in their facility so I was also able to check in and see how Ace was doing. It certainly put my mind at ease watching him get along and play with the other dogs. The staff were also very attentive. They are constantly walking around, mopping/cleaning the facility, petting the dogs, and making sure everyone was getting along. We think this is a positive and healthy environment and experience for Ace so we signed him up for the introductory package (four daycare sessions to be used within the next 30 days). My only small nitpick is that their website portals are clunky and outdated - way better to call or go in person to make reservations and ask questions.TL;DR: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The pricing is reasonable, the staff are kind attentive, and the live web cameras gave us extra assurance.“
