New patients, very happy. Dr. Maisel saw us earlier than our appointment time and spent plenty of time making sure all of our questions were answered. Even got one of our two kitties to have his shot without being held, they were much calmer than at our previous vet, glad to have found Bay Country Veterinary Hospital.
Kind and professional, as well as quick and efficient. Haven't had anything major addressed here so I can't speak to that, but for routine care and minor ailments, they've done very well.
