“After much shopping in the area, I settled on Lily's shop due to the reviews - and I'm very glad I did! Some details: I got a LOT of hair off. I went from a mid-back length to just hovering over my shoulders. It was very important to me that something that drastic wasn't messed up, and Lily absolutely knocked it out of the park. I called her morning of a Saturday and got a same day appointment. She kindly explained the technique and methodology to give me my current look while contending with my naturally wavy hair. Very accommodating + knowledgeable barber in a very calm one-chair space that is in an unfortunately hidden area of the shopping center. She is inside Phenix Salon Suites should you enter from the front, but has an exterior window to the backside of the shopping center. It's easier to enter from the rear.
My cut was $55, which I feel was absolutely worth what I got, ESPECIALLY to support a small business. Thank you Lily!

“I was in Annapolis for a wedding and I wanted to get my hair done but didn’t want to spend an outrageous amount of money. I usually get my hair cut at the Hair Cuttery so when I googled salons nearby my hotel, Bubbles at the Annapolis Harbor Center popped up. The reviews were good so I figured I would give it a try. Their starting price was very reasonable and booking was very simple.
My stylist was Sabin Salmo. She was so sweet and polite. I have shoulder length hair and it is very fine. I showed her what I wanted and she recreated it beautifully. It was a pleasure talking to her while she was working on my hair. I highly recommend her for an updo and if I’m ever in the area again I will be sure to request her again.“

“This is a quaint little shop to go get a hair cut. My 2 year old son needed a haircut and the lady who normally cuts it was on vacation. This was right up the street and I knew he was comfortable with women over men. Well, my kid through me for a loop and refused to get in the chair. Then he got upset and frustrated. Mrs. Gail and Mrs. Diane were very welcoming and handled him with care. He sat on my lap, got his hair cut then was given a freeze pop and lollipop ?. That lollipop was everything until he got to play with their grandsons boxing gloves and hit the bag. He didn't want to leave and I know it made him feel a lot more comfortable about going in to see them the next time.“
