Henry is very knowledgeable. After dealing with a warranty company for almost a year to get my oven fixed, Mr. Henry was able to identify and fix my oven in minutes. I was so thankful because the replacement of a double oven is not easy.

Had a washing machine issue and have several nice things to say about our experience. We called on a Wednesday.1. Picked up right away2. Came the same day.3. When it wasn’t what he thought, he was able to diagnose the problem right away.4. Saved us money on parts.We had a home warranty with our old house and it was always a nightmare. We had our machine back up and running in time for weekend laundry day.

This is our second time using H&M's Appliance repair and we could not be happier with the service. EXCELLENT service. Both time Henry Kente has done our repair service, and he is outstanding. Does a great job, is efficient, professional, and one of the nicest gentlemen you would ever want to meet. He's fantastic - my wife and I highly recommend H&M's Appliance Repair!
