The retention is note worthy-cause I took care, per instructions and I'm 2 weeks in, with little loss. She is knowledgeable and informative about the process. She let me know what she was using (glue, size and the curve of lashes) and very professional. She was also very nice and her customer service in general was excellent. Definitely recommend and will return!“
