While some customers have experienced issues during the building process, the company's "We Care" attitude and dedicated service team have consistently resolved problems promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. In particular, the after-care manager, Joel Smoot, has been praised for his phenomenal service, responsiveness, and knowledge in addressing post-construction issues. On the other hand, sales personnel like Tim Carle and Barry Chappelle have been commended for their excellent guidance and support throughout the homebuying process. Despite some challenges, Caruso Homes has consistently demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that their homes are delivered to the highest standards.
I first worked with Caruso in 2021 and always have had a great relationship with the staff, especially Lisa. From the one year warranty minor issues and the continuing support, Lisa has made my Caruso experience easy and successful.
Caruso Homes has been great the day I choose to build OYL with them in 2022. From the first day meeting Gar to currently working with Steve Saffron, Caruso exceeds expectations. Caruso honors their work and truly builds a beautiful, lasting home.
We have had the best experience working with Caruso Homes with building our dream house from picking out every single aspect and design from the walls, kitchen, floors, literally EVERYTHING. The process has been extremely smooth with them and despite several hiccups with our lender, they still managed to be there and provide excellent customer service.
