Mara is so great! I am very picky when it comes to my estheticians, so much that I used to travel from Glen Burnie to Silver Spring because I couldn’t find a better one! When i moved to Crofton, I really wanted to find someone closer that I could trust. After trying multiple people, I found Mara and I am so glad I did! She is great, efficient, clean, and has such a wonderful, fun and open personality so it’s also lowkey going to therapy because we can talk about anything ? i get the Brazilian, belly trail, and occasionally get my underarms and legs waxed! I’ve even added on a service after I arrived, and she was able to do that still (i don’t do that often, though and would understand if she was unable to add on a service due to availability and time). I've been going to this shop for about a decade and seeing the same barber - Hahn - the entire time. I had been going to an expensive salon before, but it decided that my stylist should do only hair coloring, so I left. The haircuts I get at Crofton Barber Shop have been just as good and much less expensive. I gave Hahn a bottle of bay rum years ago and she splashes some on at the end of the cut. I emerge from the shop feeling as if some balance and harmony have been restored to the world.

Marty Mows has been mowing our lawn for 4 consecutive years. The office staff is always friendly and responsive to any questions. Our mowing crews are professional, considerate and reliable. Our lawn is mowed, bagged and edged every visit and we also have additional property mowed on rotation. My husband is also extremely pleased!

Bottom line is they spent the time to fix the problem and showed up on time. Were super professional and billing was an easy process. I love Asili Hair Care Center!!! They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the shop. And they mean it when they say "Care". My hair feels more and more healthy after every appt. I currently have locs that were started by Jannay and they are THRIVING!!!! I go to Asili for my maintenance and styling for my locs. I also get color, which used to scare me. But they will never do anything that may damage your hair. They also WASH your hair!!! That's right! You walk in as you are. No need to come to the chair already halfway styled. I was a walk in appointment here, I had to come at the last minute to prepare for an event and bby let me tell you, they did not miss. My girl Ella really hooked me up…my hair is bone straight and nice and shiny. The wash was amazing and the blow dry and flat iron was super thorough. I will definitely be back!

Amable service. Professional. Skills and detail vary depending on the stylist. We have only been once, but based on our first experience, we think we have found our new barber/stylist. Did you know you can get beverages while you are being styled? Adult beverages are available as well. My boys all have different hair types, and we were happy that different stylists saw them each. We look forward to establishing a relationship with them and finding out who the kids like best. Barberber and beard services are available as well.

Jen is a 10 out of 10. She does phenomenal work, truly a talented and gifted woman. She was welcoming and sweet the moment I stepped in her salon. She did a color correction for me because I did an at home bleach experiment with my hair that left me with a brassy mess. I brought pictures in, showed her the look I was going for, and how I was concerned of damage. Jen focused on the integrity of my hair while also giving me exactly what I wanted. If Jen says she’s got you, baby believe she’s got you!

We'll never use another company so long as we are in this area! Last Sunday we had an issue with our compressor, I woke up to the thermostat reading 82 degrees whilst set in 70. I called Grove and they were amazing-everything from customer service, punctuality, and the price were spot on. I waited 30 minutes from the time I called to have someone at my door. He was upfront about pricing and FAST!! We could feel the A/C kick in before be left our home. Super impressed. Didnt try to sell us anything, which made it even better! Will use Grove again and again and I highly recommend you give them a shot!

I called Belair Appliance Repair on a Friday evening as my dishwasher had stopped working (could hear water flow/draining, but the water wasn't making it up to the racks/dishes). I left a message, figuring I wouldn't hear back until Monday. But Chris called me back Saturday morning around 11:15. He asked a few questions, and said he'd be in the area on another call, and would come by between 1pm and 3pm. Sure enough, he showed up on the early side of the time window, and after running some tests, was able to diagnose the problem as a stripped motor shaft (meaning the motor ran, but the "propellers" didn't turn or spray water). He had a replacement in his truck, and made the repair. It might have taken a little over an hour all told, and the Dishwasher is good as new. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a short notice weekend call. I'm highly satisfied with the work, professionalism, and cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call/use Belair Appliance Repair again.

M&M Flooring recently installed new flooring in my home on the second level floor and steps. I found the owner, Mr. Babessi, to be knowledgeable, approachable, and a true professional in his business and skilled craftsmanship. Prior to the installation, he inspected the area, addressed how the flooring would be approached to ensure maximum elegance and to expedite the installation. The work crew were skilled craftsmen as well and that was amplified in the craftsmanship of replacing the bullnose step. It looks magnificent! The team completed the work in just two and a half days and this was a fairly large project consisting of 1300 square feet and 24 steps. If you are in the market for new flooring, I highly recommend calling M&M Flooring and let Mr. Babessi know you read my review.

Nick inspected our roof and found roof damage. Nick explained the process and with his help we filed a claim with our Insurance Company. Nick did all the leg work getting the claim approved. Nick is very personable, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He helped us select the roof shingles and upon approval, the roof was replaced in one day. The workers who installed the roof cleaned up the mess and put everything back in place. Our roof is beautiful and we are very happy. We highly recommend Nick of PCR Remodeling. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the outcome.
I gave a less than a positive review in February 2024 due, apparently, to difficulties encountered in establishing communications with Anthony, not because of any problems with his work. Since that time, lines of communication have been established and he is now under contract to perform a challenging project for our church. We'll see how that goes, but I am encouraged by his confidence and enthusiasm. So, ignore my 1 Star rating of February and increase it to 4 Stars for "So far, so good" with a possible 5 Stars and a glowing review possible in 2 months if all goes well.
The overall experience we had in building our home with Caruso was not the greatest. From the paperwork to construction, it definitely could have been better. The ONLY reason we are giving a good review is because of the after care manager Mr. Joel Smoot. After we moved in, he was assigned to us to assist with any issues that needed to be taken care of. Believe me, there were countless issues but thank goodness we had Joel. He was phenomenal to work with and whenever he arrived at our home, we knew we were in good hands. Joel was extremely responsive and super knowledgeable. He and the service team helped us with numerous problems and they resolved them promptly. Caruso is very lucky to have him on the team and we are just as lucky to have him be assigned to us. Joel definitely deserves 5/5 stars, however, we can't overlook our experiences prior to Joel coming into the picture.

Dr. Joe and his team do a fabulous job. I have issues with my hips/pelvis and after visiting them, my pain level has been decreased considerably, and I have increased mobility. They're friendly, helpful, and kind. They fit me in when I do something stupid and tweak my lower back/hips. Each visit, they assess my needs and apply the appropriate therapy (stim, roller table, aqua massage, exercises). Dr. Joe is genuinely concerned about his patients. He lets me know what he's planning to do and what to expect, and gives me "homework" to help keep my back in good shape. Highly recommended.

After googling “massage therapy [my zip code]” about 5 or 6 years ago and probably reading some of these reviews, I made my appointment to address my head/neck/shoulder stress pain and have been going to Kristy regularly since. Kristy has a true talent for massage and body work, way beyond “total body massage 101”, although she’s great at that too! She got to know my specific issues, and each time, gives me a wonderful, personalized massage that works on an area but also leaves me calm, relaxed and wishing for more. Hip pain is now in the mix, with replacement surgery possibly in my future, and Kristy has added some body work that helps support my efforts on the PT and medical side. There was a period of time when Kristy was less available for appointments, and I looked around the area for a new massage therapist. I tried a few, their rates were less than Kristy’s, but the messages were just not as good in my opinion. Not even close. I highly recommend Kristy for any specific issues or just for an awesome massage!
I tried Escape Massage for the first time about 2 weeks ago and had the best massage ever! It was what I anticipated with a good balance between gentle and rough considering I got a deep tissue massage. I did not realize how tense my muscles where all over until afterwards. The massage was so good that I fell asleep, and don't get me started on the hot rocks. God performed a miracle that day, a much needed miracle. I had the best sleep I ever had that evening and will go back at least once a month. I'm treating my sisters to a massage at Eacape for Mother's Day. That's how good my experience was.

It’s so nice to have a relaxing day with an Acupuncture treatment. Dr. Cao not only gave me acupuncture, but also gave me cupping and massage. After a period of conditioning, my sleep improved and my frozen shoulder no longer hurts. Acupuncture can also improve various physical problems. I believe that taking care of your body is like taking care of your car. Regular maintenance will definitely make you body healthier.
