I am a new customer with Mrohs & based on my recent propane installation experience by Jay & Nick, I would not have any other. I left another company due to the lack of customer service after 20 years doing business. The full crew of Mrohs has been very helpful & friendly. In fact, I recently had a problem with my existing Rinnai water heater & called 8am on a Friday morning. I had Jay, the service tech, there within less than 1/2 hr. The office contacted him by phone & had him stop by my place on his way to another distant area on Delmarva to try & help me. That is truly exceptional. The initial installation by Jay & Nick went flawlessly & done by friendly, knowledgeable, & polite people. A real pleasure to work with the crew of this company.
