First time at the Columbia, MD location. Just as friendly and courteous service as other ZIPS locations I've been to. My order was even ready four hours earlier than I expected. They also do an excellent job on comforters and the price is right. ZIPS never disappoints. I will continue going there. Thank you!

Very quick service, ready the day after dropping off, practically no line for drop or pick up. If you’re a first time customer, the sign up process is super easy and quick. The quality of cleaning is great as well!
