I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one for this office. I ordered contacts over 2 months ago and it was a nightmare to get a fitting for them. It took over 2 weeks for them to schedule my 15 minute appointment for them. Everytime I would call I was told someone will call me back. No one ever calls back. Now I’m waiting for my 2 week follow up and my appointments have been rescheduled numerous times and cancelled without anyone letting me know. Do not recommend this office.
1) It is Impossible to reach office and talk to someone2) I was prescribed the wrong prescription for contacts and have left numerous messages with no response.3) I do not recommend this place for anything, even if they were giving glasses away for free.
I bought glasses in August but I've used them mostly around the house and driving locally. I drove long distance recently and realized there is a problem with the progressive lenses. I called and was told they can't see me until July. That's just outlandish. Never go here.
