We were very pleased from the beginning to the end of the project. They responded very promptly to all questions and requests. The representative came out and explained the process and brought samples and clearly explained the differences between the different types of carpets. Carpet installers were very professional. Questions and comments were responded to promptly when I made phone calls and they were able to install in our timeline. We were very pleased with every contact person involved in our carpet installation. I would highly recommend this company.
Vertical Connection is a high end store with beautifully curated products, knowledgeable and helpful staff and superlative customer care. We ordered a carpet runner for our stairs with a matching foyer rug. They came out beautifully and we are thrilled with how they look.
