Joseph was quick and efficient! All black spots were removed from my crate and barrel white sofa. I was so annoyed with the spots I tried to cover it with a blanket. The black marks were from a recent move and it also had a few shoe marks from the outlet store where children walked on the couch . It now looks amazing!
