This studio and particularly Lisa is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been a client for over 10 years and can honestly say this is the best training experience I’ve seen or experienced. The approach to total health and movement is refreshing and Lisa’s ability to navigate in person and virtual settings across multiple clients of diverse backgrounds is incredible. You get a tailored approach to exercise including strength, movement, nutrition, etc at all ages and medical backgrounds and fitness levels. I have been with Lisa@Salvere Health for about 10 years now! Salvere is a wonderful welcoming workout place. I tend to do our small group classes, both in person and online at home. Even though its a group, she tailors our workouts for each of us. I have a hip issue, someone else a knee or shoulder thing, Lisa works around it all yet we are still having fun moving together as a group. It's a great place to start new or continue your workout journey! We are all different levels, ages, different shapes and sizes. Absolutely NO JUDGEMENT ZONE HERE! I am so grateful to have her in my life to keep me moving!

She and her team will meet you where you are, listen to your questions and concerns and develop a workout plan that will fit your unique needs. If you are not a big fan of large gyms and crowds and are looking for a professional that will work with you to achieve your goals, look no further.
