Dr. Addy is a gift. I appreciate her approach to physical therapy, seeing it through multiple scopes of mind, body, and spirit that fosters sustainable well being. I go to Dr. Addy whenever my body feels out of alignment and she has supported me through pregnancy and beyond. I love the at home visits, the post appointment support, and Ariel’s kind and informative way of being.

I'm working with Ariel rehabbing an old injury. We are only 2 sessions in and I'm already able to move through my daily activities at work, my hobbies and chores with greater ease.She gives me homework on a software I can easily open on my phone. The homework has videos of the exercises and a timer attached. It makes keeping up with my exercises manageable and gives me confidence that I'm doing the exercises correctly.Ariel is kind, knowledgable, attentive, down to earth AND she comes to your house! I've been to many PT's in my life and she's the best by far!

We loved our experience with Ariel. She is punctual, professional, and customer focused. She helped my daughter recover from a hamstring injury.She took the time to explain the treatment and recovery process to my daughter. Ariel also provided dynamic videos which were easy to follow.
