Mike is very honest and straightforward. There are no last minute surprises. Also, he is very well informed. He certainly knows what he is doing. He is willing to go above and beyond to show care for his clients. When the fireplace of the condo needed to be checked, he went back to the condo early in the morning to have it checked.
