I had a large flesh mole removed from my arm several years ago, and Dr Melanie Adams and staff were excellent. The care and service provided were professional, and the procedure was almost painless. The mole didn't come back, making this an all-around exceptional experience. I plan to return to Dr. Adams for further diagnosis and possible surgical procedures soon.
I really enjoyed my appointment and being a patient of this practice overall! I’m looking forward to coming back here. The office staff as well as Dr. Adams, all every welcoming, they listen, are kind, everything id want out of a doctors appointment and let me tell you, I’ve had my fair share of bad appointments/experiences. The office was nice and inviting. Was greeted by Erica (receptionist) with a warm welcome considering I was 1 hour early they still squeezed me in early so I didn’t have to wait. The doctor was pleasant and thorough. Didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all of my questions.
