Maryland Thai Boxing is, in my opinion, the best place to learn Muay Thai in Maryland. In addition, you can learn to interact with weapons, develop self confidence, refine respect and have fun doing it. I have gotten cramps in my facial muscles from smiling and laughing on many occasions there.

I travel 45 minutes to attend this school over many others I pass on the way multiple times per week. I trust the instructors with the training of myself and my three children. Has been an excellent source of very solid training - constant focus on fundamentals while progressing through more advanced technique - all in a refreshing family atmosphere. I can't fully describe the level of commitment and dedication Ajarn Scott Anderson has for his students.
