“I was nervous to book hair and makeup services as someone with curly hair who doesn't typically wear much makeup. I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day, and my dream was to use my natural curls but I didn't even know if that would be possible. Dana and Steffani took my goals and ran with them, and I felt so beautiful! They did a wide range of looks for my bridesmaids and everyone ended up looking amazing. I would trust them to do any level of wedding hair and makeup, but if you prefer lighter makeup or have natural curls, don't hesitate to book with them!“

“Wow, I love my Classic Set of lashes. Valerie did a phenomenal job and made me feel so comfortable. The room was perfectly set up with a calming aroma, air purifier, a great choice of R&B music, soft blankets, and mood lighting. I've hired various lash artists (including in the beauty capital of LA) in the past but I can say Valerie is the best I've worked with. “As an out of state person, I thought the layout and make up was interesting. Good use of space but isolated location. First time consultation service with front desk experience was great. Came back for the actual service which was really great for when you are seeing someone new. I really liked the stylist and vibed with her. However, the quotes were a bit different from expected but especially the bizarre custom and not verbalized expectations about tipping different people and not paying the stylists directly. The older front desk lady was quite rude and loud about it- very brusque. I didn't want to make it more overwhelming as it already was with the confusing situation. However, I'd like to request management to ensure front desk staff be trained with friendly customer service for paying clients especially if they aren't aware of your custom. I'd like to continue seeing the person I saw next time around but I wouldn't come on the day the old rude lady is there.“

“I got my hair cut by Kate at Looks Salon and it was a wonderful experience. The salon is beautiful with a lively energy. Kate has many years of experience and is a master stylist and colorist so she did an amazing job with my highlights and covered up my grey sparkles! Kate gave me a cute summer cut that allows me to put it up when I’m too hot, but also looks glamorous when it’s down. She also cut my mother’s hair. Mom has Alzheimer’s and Kate is so patient and kind with her and makes her feel beautiful.“

“First time going to Thirty Hair this past week. I like how they keep their social media up-to-date and show off their stylists' work. I was impressed from the time I walked in to the time I left. I was greeted immediately and was excited to find out I could get a complimentary service with my appointment! Either, a hand massage, makeup touch-up, or I think it was an aligning of chakras. I went with the hand massage, which was fabulous, and just a really nice unexpected touch to my visit. Leah was my stylist and she was FANTASTIC! I felt like I known her all my life even though it was my first time meeting her. She was so easy to talk to in general, but also really listened to what I wanted out of my visit and talked me through her plan to achieve the look I was going for. The scalp massage she gave me while washing my hair was top notch. But the biggest thing is my hair. I am SO happy with it! She essentially brought my hair back to life and made my hair dreams a reality. The highlights are perfect, from the color down to the placement. She really nailed it. I even got a goodie bag with some Aveda products since I was a new customer! It was a really great first impression at Thirty Hair, and I look forward to returning again!“
