August 13, 2020 I was given a quote for multiple projects around the house. One in specific is to insulate the leaky/ sweaty ducts. A one day job per his correspondence. He sent a person who spayed fiberglass insulation into areas of the basement ceiling. The insulation is still all over, falls out and lands on the HVAC unit, which is hazardous. I contacted him and sent him pics of the so called "foam insulation", and he is yet to fix the issue. He has given daily appointments, and has not shown up, himself, to see the problems his "contractors" created. He has given daily appointments, and has not shown up, himself, to see the problems his "contractors" created. He showed up for payment only. Moreover, he received a down payment for building a tool shed on August 14, 2020. He cancelled the job on Aug 24, 2020 despite he claimed they were going to deliver the materials to the house. He has not refunded the payment received. He was given multiple deadlines, and always had a reason not to refund, even via e-transfer. He has not come to check on the other work, take responsibility, or fix the problems. I would not recommend the company for any minor jobs, let a long large jobs. Michael did not show any concerns to me, home, home office, since he started to work on August 17 till today Sept 11, 2020.
