Laura is extremely positive and good at thinking outside the box, under abnormal market conditions this is who you want in your corner. When situations arose (multiple ones for me lol) Laura was able to notify me, address them, and ultimately remedy the problem in a professional manner. Even when struck down with COVID she never missed a step and continued to work diligently. Very impressive realtor and I am glad and Grateful my friend recommended her to me. Communication was excellent throughout the entire buying process. Will use her again 100%
