Kim did an outstanding job helping us finding our new home. She was well prepared to take us to see the houses and showed us both positive and negative aspects in the prospective houses. We are from out of state and sometimes she would make a trip to see the house even before we were able to visit to make sure that the house was worth the trip. We just had to communicate to her what we were looking for in a home and she found the perfect match for us. She was not only helping us find the new home but made sure that we settled there comfortably. We are glad that we had chosen Kim through a friend's recommendation and would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.
