I have used House Doctors numerous times . They provide excellent customer service and do great work. They have helped me out several times on emergency requests at the last minute. As I am out of state I rely on House Doctors for a property located in Columbia.
I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work, work ethic, tenacity, resourcefulness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness of Will and Chris from House Doctors. They delivered 100% on a variety of projects and incorporated unexpected additions with a smile. From the beginning of the engagement, they kept me in the loop - I was always included in decisions about how to solve a challenging problem, and I threw a number of these their way! Kudos to this company for their all-around excellence.
Very positive experience. The estimate was prompt and complete. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, explained what was to be done, completed the project timely and efficiently, cleaned everything up and put everything back. Exactly what you would expect from a professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
