“I am usually a stylists wet dream or nightmare bc I have an extreme amount of curly hair. On top of that I wanted to go lighter without using bleach bc my hair doesn’t tolerate it well( before my appointment my hair was natural, no color processing for years). Jaime accomplished what I desired. I appreciate her being open to my request. I believe I was charged as much as I was for a basic color bc I’m assuming she had to use a great deal of her products bc I gave so much hair .“
