Second time they fixed some loose aluminum siding and this time they installed new gutters on the whole house, downspouts in new locations, kick outs and splash guards. Melissa, in the office, was able to schedule the job quickly and Jose and his assistant were on site 45 minutes EARLY (this, by the way, has happened every time CRI has come to the house for a morning job). Jose gave me an estimate for how long the job would take and he finished ahead of schedule. He cleaned up everything and then walked the property with a giant magnet to pick up any loose screws (I still double checked the driveway and patio with my own giant magnet because I've punctured too many tires after running over the screw that got away...).<br><br>Overall, a very satisfied CRI customer.“

Ken was very cordial and patiently listened to the explanation about the over washing gutter issues. He made several recommendations for approaches to alleviate the water issues. His suggestions were to have the contractor who originally installed the gutter guards to remove them and install an additional downspout. His suggestions are correct.
