We found Elegant Flooring to be quite easy to work with. The head of the company met with us for an estimate & explained the product well. He followed through with the timeliness as promised. The technicians had good knowledge of products.& worked quite diligently to do a really nice job. We would recommend this company highly.

We recently had new carpet installed in our home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, led by the sales and service manager Ed, who was professional, transparent, and easy to work with.
The installation team arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job faster than expected without cutting corners. The carpet looks beautiful and was installed with great attention to detail.
