I have to used Ehrhardt Brothers on multiple occasions. The professionalism is outstanding from Catherine in the office to Vince who is the plumber who services my home. I would recommend this company to anyone.
From the minute that I called their number and they answered the phone, I knew this was the plumbing company for me. Not only were they friendly, upbeat & knowledgeable, but they were helpful and accommodating and sounded like they took pride in there job and had GREAT customer service. They scheduled the appointment, the tech showed up on time, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of my plumbing problem in a timely manner without an issue. If I was able to give them 6 stars, I would.
I cannot overstate how happy we are with this company. The professionalism, commitment to customer service, and level of expertise are beyond compare. No need to look further than Ehrhardt Brothers. They’re the best.
