I just got married on August 30th 2025 and rented my wedding dress from Carmen. Carmen is such an amazing person, sweet and gentle! I was extremely nervous with the wedding preparations and all (brides will understand this), and Carmen will always try her best to calm my nerves! She did an amazing job with my dress, eventhough I contacted her on such a short notice!
I also had the pleasure of meeting Carmen’s mom, as they both worked together under pressure to get my dress ready on time. I can’t thank you and your wonderful mom for making my wedding a dream. I definitely recommend her to the future brides. Thank you Carmen. God bless you both ❤️.
I wish I had written this review almost 2 years ago when I rented my dress from Ms. Carmen. I just looked her up again to inquire about bridesmaid dresses and I see the negative reviews here but my experience was the complete opposite. I contacted Ms. Carmen less than 2 months before my wedding & she made the entire experience fun & stress free. My dress was perfect, alterations were perfect, and I loved the complimentary accessories she included. She & her mother were both very sweet, helpful and reliable in my experience. I would highly recommend her to any bride.
Carmen was an absolute delight to work with. She made my wedding dreams come true. I am not sure what the low reviews are about because every interaction I had with Carmen and her mother was amazing. She made me feel beautiful and I never worried about anything regarding my dress or alterations. I cannot recommend her enough. She made one of the most stressful parts about being a bride completely stress free!
