My hair braiding appointment at another salon was cancelled that morning and my birthday was the next day. You can imagine I was not happy! I recall passing this salon many times in the Columbia Mall and was intrigued because it looked safe, nice and comfortable. So I called the salon and was told they took walk- ins. I hightailed there to be immediately seated and started. My stylist Erica was so pleasant, considerate and professional!! Best experience ever at a hair braiding salon and I love my completed knotless box braids. As I left I was complimented by some passerby’s as soon as I came out of the salon door. I had some shopping to do at the mall and I received so many compliments and still do. I told each and everyone where I just got my braids done. I recommend this salon for your braiding needs. I will certainly be returning for future appointments. Oh yeah, I looked so cute on my birthday. Thank you “Braids By Faith” for accommodating me and fixing a desperate hair situation so professionally. You guys are awesome.
Very pleased with me knotless braids. Head feels light & no pulling or tightness. And Staff and is very nice !!
