Bode Flooring has been wonderful experiences for us twice. The first time two years ago when our builder contracted them for flooring for a newly constructed home and this second time due to our personal choosing. The entire experience was perfect. The staff was professional, pleasurable, helpful, respectful, approachable and patient. We already knew their product was good and once we learned the well-respected Bode name was one in the same from where we use to live we needed to make the choice to call. We had Bode Floors replace the bedroom carpet and the bathroom floor in our finished basement. We were working with Brandi. She was great. She came to the house and took the measurements herself and was very patient as we made our decision on which carpet and flooring we wanted installed. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Bode Floors.

Excellent experience. Staff went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions and to ensure the installation went smoothly. Installation crew did a superb job, were polite and cleaned up thoroughly after their work.
