Alpha Project Phyzio & Performance

I was really discouraged and struggling with doing daily activities like exercise because of leakage. Working with Alpha Project was very helpful. I call Dr Brugmann the “Pelvic Floor Fortune Teller” It made the difference to go in for treatment because my leakage could not be fixed simply by doing kegels alone. I learned so much in the evaluation ,treatments, exercises and recommendations . I highly recommend Physical Therapy with her!

Dr. Veronica, my pelvic floor physical therapist, was fantastic. She taught me exercises that worked wonders for my specific issue, and helped with my body awareness in my pelvic floor region. She was kind, supportive, and informative throughout the process helping me feel comfortable despite the delicate nature of my issue. If I ever have similar issues in the future, I'd definitely return to her care.

I had been struggling with hip pain for about 5 weeks. I am a crossfitter who regularly worked out at least five times a week and was not working out at all. After just a few meetings with Dr. Matt, I was back in the gym and have been moving towards being pain-free. Dr. Matt does a great job of balancing mobility with strengthening to help improve movement and keep you healthy.
