I have now been going to Joseph (JTcolours) for three years and I will follow him anywhere!! Not only is he an expert colorist, but he really takes his time to perfect his art. You are paying for amazing talent and someone that truly cares about his clients and their wants. I have had many different colors and cuts with him and each time I am absolutely obsessed with how my hair turns out. He never fails to make me feel so beautiful and comfortable. Joey did my make up and hair for my wedding. I loved how the look turned out! The make up was wonderful yet natural looking, and the hairstyle turned out better than what I had asked for. I had three different outfits and looks for the wedding, so Joey stayed for the whole duration of the event and helped me change looks and do touch ups all throughout the night. She is extremely nice, patient, and very good at what she does! I have monolid eyes, so I knew I needed to find a make up artist who would be familiar with doing that type of eye makeup. I am so glad I went with Joey because she was very knowledgeable on how to make monolid eyes appear larger yet still very natural. Highly recommend Joey!

I had one of the best salon experiences I've had in years. Coming from someone who struggles with hair loss, it can be very challenging to find the right fit. These girls especially Courtney literally worked a miracle for me. She was willing to answer any questions, talk through the best options to make my hair beautiful again. They literally colored it better than I could've imagined and I could not be more grateful. They also were transparent with pricing from the beginning, which is sometimes hard to find, but was appreciated to help me make the best decision for myself.

It has been a minute since I have been to a barber, long before I moved to the area, and well overdue. Knowing that I was going to be heading out of town for an event very soon I wanted to get my beard shaped up. I had been attempting to do it and to me it was looking lopsided. I did a fair amount of searching for a barbershop and went through the reviews for them. I came across this one and liked what I saw. I set up my appointment online ahead of time which made it a bit easier. Doing so you have the choice of selecting who you want to service you. Being that I had never been here before I opted for whoever was available at that time. I had set my appointment for shortly after they opened and after my appointment beforehand. Showed up a few minutes early and took my time in the parking lot before going inside. Once inside I was greeted as soon as I walked in and told that I needed to give them just a minute. Once they were set up and ready to go I was called to a chair. Asked what I wanted to have done and with a few vague comments about that, we were off. They were meticulous with my ask and focused. All the while chatting me up. It was comical to hear the banter in here. They had on CNN and their commentary was better than the newscasters. Before I knew it, they were finished and I was ready to go. My beard looked a lot better than it had looked in a long time and I am grateful for the correction of this.

I can’t say enough about the customer service here. From Day 1, every staff member has been so kind and accommodating. The first time I visited, the system was down and caused an error, overcharging me. The manager realized, compensated beyond what was necessary, and put on a free tan for the next visit. At this point I was weeks away from giving birth. I just went back for my first tan since, of course rushing at the last minute, getting there 10 minutes before close and the attendant, Arden, was so sweet. She had already cleaned the spray tan unit I requested but still set it completely back up, assisted me in getting the most out of a monthly membership, AND provided me with some of her own bandage tape so I could cover my c-section incision. Absolutely amazing as always. Thank you to the Palm Beach Team!

Bernadette is a miracle worker and a lovely person. I’m so glad that Bernadette opened Refresh Nail Bar here in Columbia. My pedicure was absolutely amazing, and my feet felt brand new. I was nervous about a “dry” pedicure, but I actually prefer it to the foot bath. The process is so relaxing and hygienic, and it’s well worth the $!

I had an ingrown toenail on my big toe, a situation that can be quite uncomfortable, but Lynn handled it with such finesse and gentleness, it was impressive. She resolved it effortlessly.

I loved my first experience at Vanity Beauty. It is the cutest little spa so girly and cozy. I got my eyelashes tinted and lifted by Courtney and eyebrows shaped and tinted by Marilyn. I came out looking like a new person and the best part is I don’t really have to wear any makeup which is so convenient as a mom of 3. They were both so sweet and took their time.

I was nervous to book hair and makeup services as someone with curly hair who doesn't typically wear much makeup. I wanted to look like myself on my wedding day, and my dream was to use my natural curls but I didn't even know if that would be possible. Dana and Steffani took my goals and ran with them, and I felt so beautiful! They did a wide range of looks for my bridesmaids and everyone ended up looking amazing. This was my first ever PMU experience, and the microblading was absolutely perfect from start to finish!! Jeanette has an expansive background knowledge and experience on her techniques and the PMU industry, she not only allowed me to modify/tweak to my preference, but also explained in depth how she will adjust and ENHANCE my requests. It was so comforting to have a pro personally connect with my style as well as educate along the way. Her numbing process too made the blade/permanent procedure PAIN. LESS. I think I fell asleep at one point. Please do yourself the service and GO to Jeanette. If you have been thinking I can guarantee you will not regret a pampering day at the studio!

I came to the US 4 years ago after previously having had all my beauty services in the UK. I was really nervous about finding a new specialist and I lucked out on finding Erica. Well what can I say Erica is simply the best she puts you at ease at your first appointment. Her salon is so relaxing and welcoming you will not want to leave. As an out of state person, I thought the layout and make up was interesting. Good use of space but isolated location. First time consultation service with front desk experience was great. Came back for the actual service which was really great for when you are seeing someone new. I really liked the stylist and vibed with her. However, the quotes were a bit different from expected but especially the bizarre custom and not verbalized expectations about tipping different people and not paying the stylists directly. The older front desk lady was quite rude and loud about it- very brusque. I didn't want to make it more overwhelming as it already was with the confusing situation. However, I'd like to request management to ensure front desk staff be trained with friendly customer service for paying clients especially if they aren't aware of your custom. I'd like to continue seeing the person I saw next time around but I wouldn't come on the day the old rude lady is there.

WOW! What an experience! My face looks A-MAZING! I've never had a real facial before! I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm not talking about one of those facials you get at a local spa either! Nagmeh looks at your skin and knows exactly what you need. She's currently helping me treat shrink my large pores and I can already see a difference. She gave me products to take home for my daytime and nighttime routine. She's worth every dollar! Love her! Once again, I visited Lena for my wonderful bi-monthly full experience! For me, that's eyebrow color and wax, half leg wax, and Lena's absolutely amazing out of this world facial!!!!! All on her incredible heated table, with soft music - this takes you to another world. I can't say enough about the total experience - I don't want to leave - I just want to stay there and enjoy! It's totally relaxing, never rushed, always something new. I've had facials (good facials) elsewhere, but Lena is in a class by herself. As an aside, Lena never pushes products. She occasionally suggests one. I am particularly fond of two new Osmosis products: Hydrate and Crepe Correct Crepe. Just saying. Try Lena and enjoy!

This is the place you need to go for lymphatic massage! I had a couple of massages post my Mommy Makeover and I now know they had no clue. Yolanda is knowledgeable, professional, honest and the spa is immaculate. After my surgery and post complications, I truly believe it is a blessing that I found her and her wonderful staff. If possible, I would even ask her for a consultation pre surgery- so you know what you are getting into.

Juliana and her mom did a fantastic job with our home today! We had a deep cleaning done and are thrilled with how great everything looks. They went above and beyond to make sure all of the areas I pointed out were extra clean, even areas that are hard to clean well like the kids’ play area. She also did some tasks that the other big company we previously hired wouldn’t do like change our sheets and wipe down the high chairs. I was also really happy that she tidied up rather than just cleaning around stuff. She was also right on time, her prices are totally reasonable (especially considering how good of a job they do), and she was great with our dogs!

We decided to replace the Hunter Douglas honeycomb blinds which we have had for a very long time’ with something new. We now have the custom clutch light rise blinds on our very large sunroom windows.. They do not block out the light as the honeycombs did, but they diffuse the light and allows us to see-through to the outside. We are pleased with the service, the promptness in delivery, and the installation. We definitely recommend The Vertical Connection in Columbia.

We had a great experience. We met with our Sales Manager to talk about our ideas, see samples, talk about options. Eddie came out again when we had further questions and specific areas and types of flooring. When we were going back and forth about different options he gladly and quickly sent multiple quotes. He did not pressure us but was always available to answer questions. When we were ready to move forward, Eddie helped us select dates that were good for us and determine which floor to work on in which order. The crew was great, working long hours to get the job done on time. Throughout the installation process they were open to discussion. Each day the crew cleaned up and asked the best place to store the materials for the next day.

Being a competive runner for the last 24 years has resulted in a few overuse injuries that do reoccur at inopportune times, e.g. while ramping up for an important race. The purpose of my first set of visits (a few years ago) to Howard County Chiropractic for Active Release Technique (ART) treatment by Dr. Jake was to calm down inflammation in abductor and/or groin muscles in my left leg, originally an overuse injury from 10 or 11 years ago. The purpose of the current set of visits was to heal strained muscle tissue in my calves and restore them to optimum strength. Dr. Jake's 18 years of experience coupled with his own experiences competing in triathlons gives him insights not common even in the world of ART treatment. His approach to my ART treatment as well as the exercises he prescribed (guided and oversaw by exercise room staff) produced fabulous results. Furthermore, everyone on staff is friendly and very professional. My experience at this facility was all around fully excellent.
Katie is so sweet and her Aux cord skills are DJ WORTHY!!! Dr. Joi is absolutely the best. She is easy to talk to and describes her techniques as well as what she feels wrong with myself and for my children. She's attentive to the kid's reflexes and will verbally say so we as parents are aware of what to pay attention to. Hips, spine, shoulder, knees, and toes are all connected literally it's a great way to learn more about self and expose children holistic practices. I encourage moms who are no longer using their breast pumps to donate them to the practice. As Dr. Joi promotes breastfeeding and latching. A lactation specialist frequents the practice and host events. By donating a gently used breast pump another mother will be able to produce liquid gold if latching is unsuccessful.
I have used Dr. Thompson for 20+ years and have found her to be absolutely outstanding. Whatever challenge that I have had she has provided me with a practical solution that has resolved my problems. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

The doctor and staff are wonderful. Always friendly and welcoming. The care is excellent. I go for adjustments as I have had some back issues. At every visit, Dr Kelan is able to get out a loud and satisfying cracking sound out of my spine. Sounds scary, but I feel so much better afterwards. I often go to get a hour massage and haven't found relief as much as a 10 minute visit at Palmercare. Visit Prices are on the higher side, so make sure to bring your health insurance card to see if it's covered!

Dr. Todd is the best! I went in with a 2 month old slight tear in my meniscus that was causing me daily pain. After working with Dr. Todd for 5 weeks he had me in the best shape. I was even able to do a 15 mile hike at the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend Dr. Todd, he treats the whole person and really gets to the root of the problem!
I was have problem with my knees 2 years I was going to other places they didn't see a problem ( gave me paint pills)The knee aches was continuous then I go to some massages it was help for week two but no solution.Then I start to have problem with my back and I decide to go to Allen cuz I know how good he is , after couple month on practice I don't have low back problems , then the knee start to feel better and now I can play soccer with my kid every weekend and it's amazing. Dr. Kim has been treating me for neck pain these last few weeks. He's been an angel sent from heaven!! I was in alot of pain when I first came to him and had barely any range of neck motion. CVSS operated on our 13 yr old male cat, Potter. His right anal gland burst and abscessed twice during Covid-19. The second time was while waiting for an appointment with CVSS, but they were operating in a limited capacity. This was emergent, so it was allowed.Dr. Keats performed the surgery and he was excellent. Having over 20 yrs of soft tissue surgical experience, he kept us informed before and after surgery as we were not allowed in with him. When he called with the results of the biopsy, it was a terminal diagnosis, but he did it with such care and concern. He never said the words cancer or terminal. Turns out, this is a very rare cancer in cats that chemo and radiation can't treat.Together, we came up with a treatment plan of him seeing Potter bimonthly to determine regrowth and put him on kidney food bc Dr. Keats noticed year over year blood results that my normal vet didn't. There are only so many surgeries they can do as the nerves in that area tell a cat when they need to hit the litter box.They are very responsive to email and phone calls. You definitely get what you paid for. Guardians always want the best for their animal, and CVSS is definitely the best.
I have taken my cat Neo to Dr Yadiapalli at Freetown Animal Hospital for 9 years. He has recently had a health issue, and she has been wonderful in helping diagnose and treat him. She initiates contact with his Internal Med Dr. and helps me understand his condition and treatment plan. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and kind.
My pom went in for his dental. Usually my vet does the cleaning but his k9 was lose, and I was referred there. Dr. Kim was awesome and comforting. She explained everything in detail and why he needed all his teeth remove. She was so sweet to both me and my pom. After the surgery, she sent me pictures of before, during and after, which I very much appreciate. I also like that they are very thorough with the pre-op. The front desk was very nice. Overall, I had a good experience. For improvement -- with the amount of money you pay, I feel like we all should have a red carpet treatment. As soon as you walk into the place, it says something about if your dog poop/pee, it’s your responsibility to clean up. I think they should have a warmer welcome sign. As a pet parent, I’m nervous as it is. If our dogs poop/pee, help us clean it up especially the amount we’re paying. While we’re holding our babies who could be in pain and nervous, let us just focus on that. My poms never poop and pee in a doctor’s office before, but I feel for other pawrents. Lastly, I do think the price is outrageous. It was almost $5000!

We live in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, but had used Dr. Negola's services for our different dogs, in previous years when we lived in Maryland.Last Thursday night, we found our 14 year old female Jack Russell, Cleo, in a weakened and confused state on our dining room floor.The next morning, Cleo was even in worse shape very unstable and barely able to walk. We recognized that she was having a serious medical issue and unfortunately our local vet office in Gettysburg was closed on Friday.Taking a "long shot" we called Dr. Negola's office, explained the health emergency our dog was having and the staff there immediately understood the urgency of our issue.They worked hard to "sandwich" an appointment for our Cleo in between their existing busy schedule of appointments. We bundled Cleo up in the car and drove the 1 hour and 30+ minutes from Gettysburg to Columbia, MD.Cleo was seen by Dr. Negola less than 15 minutes after we arrived. He quickly determined that she had an abdomen full of blood and a tumor on her spleen. Shortly after that he had her in his operating room, performed major surgery to remove the ruptured tumor and her spleen, and saved her life.I can't say enough about Dr. Negola's (as well as his staff's)care, professionalism, expertise, understanding, and kindness.This is not the first time that Dr.Negola has saved the life of one of our dogs. He also saved the life of one of our labs when we lived in Maryland, and the life of a daughter's Jack Russell.My only regret is that we don't live closer to his veterinarianpractice anymore.I can unequivocally recommend this veterinarian practice with no reservations.

I can't express how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Will Coleman. Not only has he helped me through some of the worst flare ups I've experienced in my 15 years of chronic pain, he has also helped to fundamentally change the way I approach pain management and ultimately, my life. He does not have a "light touch" and therefore isn't for the faint of heart. But more than just providing the best massage I've ever had, Will goes above and beyond providing just physical relief. There have been countless post-appointment conversations that have left me walking away from my appointment with concrete ways I can help reduce and mitigate the pain and discomfort I experience. For instance I now use a backpack instead of a one strap purse (regardless of weight). Now the weight is distributed evenly on my shoulders and thus GREATLY reduces the tension in my upper body.
I have altered my chronic pain management plan to include bi-monthly therapeutic massages and they have been an absolute life saver at the worst of times. I'm already on a very limited budget but he offers different "appointment packages" that help reduce costs to a more manageable amount. I 100% recommend you do this if you can.
Again, his strength may not ne for everybody but its AMAZING for those with some serious knots to work through.

I've been going to Nava since April (5 months). The Drs and staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I have a Board certified Dr and a nutricianist. I am down 20 lbs, off of my blood pressure meds and my statin. My blood pressure, cholesterol, hormones, etc are all where they should be! They do extensive blood work every 6 weeks. I was really discouraged and struggling with doing daily activities like exercise because of leakage. Working with Alpha Project was very helpful. I call Dr Brugmann the “Pelvic Floor Fortune Teller” It made the difference to go in for treatment because my leakage could not be fixed simply by doing kegels alone. In addition to their services they also have a healthy food and juice bar on location. The place is beautiful, clean and serene. I decided to have a facial in a room that was rented by an aesthetician. She was great she took great care of me and understood what I wanted in my facial. Booking an appointment and paying was extremely easy. I'll be back to try some additional services.
