I visited Queens Cove for a facial during my birthday weekend. Tinesha was very kind and knowledgeable, she explained the process and procedure step by step which I appreciated. She also didn't mind answering questions, I had a lot because I suffer from allergies/sensitive skin and wanted to be sure that I was using the right products at home. The products she usd were luxurious I especially liked the honey exfoliating cleanser. It's been a week and my skin is still soft and smooth I will definitely be visiting Queens Cove again.
I had a fantastic experience! This was my first facial, and Tenisha walked me through the whole process. She asked follow-up questions to the pre-treatment form, told me which products she was using and why she selected them, and followed up with aftercare instructions. The salon space was bight, clean, and welcoming, and Tenisha is a really lovely person. My sensitive skin loved the experience. I will definitely go back!
