Our experience with Cabido was so great that they restored our faith in contractors. They were all so nice, patient, ethical, and professional. They are organized and have a team that manages your project throughout the workflow. Everything was made easy, from billing, communications, the ordering of materials, etc. Their team was respectful of the property and our neighbors, and really great at their workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They can be trusted as good people who do excellent work.
These guys are fantastic! We have used them for two major renovations (one in 2019 in DC and one in 2023 in VA) and both went exceptionally well! Bernard and Rob are excellent at communication and paying attention to the status of the project. They were also very willing to work with us on a lot of smaller projects and items that needed to be addressed. I've recommended these guys to both my in-laws and a good friend. Victor Bernard and their team took on a complex double bathroom renovation project in a 100 year old row home and did excellent work addressing the many unexpected challenges as we proceeded with demo, including rebuilding floor joists inappropriately damaged from a past renovation. While this of course made for a much longer project than planned, the quality of work was excellent and we love our new bathrooms!
