They have maintained and repaired my slate roof and copper flashing, as well as flat roof over my garage. They are very knowledgeable about older houses, honest, responsive, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rick Templeton.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this roofing company. Franklin and Templeton were unable to solve a leak in our roof that they installed. After several visits they were still unable to locate the leak. Rick told us to wait until there was a good rain. By this time our drywall in the ceiling was falling down. Our Insurance adjuster identified the area of leak. Franklin and Templeton did some repairs. We got a second opinion from another roofing company. They found more damage from the area the insurance adjuster identify. Rick is a nice guy, but could not problem solve our leak. We have asked for reimbursement for the cost of the second opinion ( not repair... read full review

I called to get an estimate on a small roof replacement and the estimator came out soon after my call. He was very friendly, and seemed well informed and professional. He stopped back by, later that day, and dropped off a signed estimate, with a note that they'd schedule my repair and would be back in touch. That was in October (2020). It's now March (2021) and I've never heard another word from Franklin and Templeton. I called in November and whoever I spoke with told me "We said it might be a while due to shingles shortages", but I don't recall ever hearing that from them, and I'm assuming that they've done some projects in the... read full review
