I called to schedule a wellness appointment with the D.C location and was referred to the College Park office because of an opening within days. I went a little early and was seen almost immediately at 4pm. The staff was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable to the point I changed my primary care physician to Dr. Rehman. She listened to each of my concerns and addressed all with solutions. I felt listened to with an empathic ear and a great sense of humor. The phlebotomist took a sample with 1 prick in my arm that typically requires back and forth, in both arms, and ends with a hand assaination. Although I needed an emergency appointment, I also needed to find a new dentist and I believe I found him. This was my first visit and I felt like I made the right choice from the beginning.
My initial call was with Sade and the conversion between she and I was off to a great start. She was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. She asked questions, got my insurance information, made my appointment (which was the SAME day) (now THAT'S an "emergency" appointment) and also discussed my co-pay and what I should expect as a new patient.

I love the GYN’s. But the receptionists are very rude. I been coming here for awhile now and still get the same feeling about them. They are not friendly at all. I’m young and I usually don’t care about stuff like that but it’s just been tooo many times with them.
