Gary was professional, responsive, and fast. I reached out to get some service ASAP as 2 of my windows were smashed in and it was raining hard. Gary came to me in about an hour and replaced both of my windows. Very thankful for the speed of his service and getting me back rolling safely.
My car was broken into and the whole passenger side window was shattered and missing. I stumbled across DMV Auto Glass after getting terrible service from several other places. DMV was super quick to respond, very timely, a very reasonable price, and Gary did an amazing job. Would recommend!
Update:
On 07/22/24 I heard from the Glass company after 2 days. They were apologetic about the situation. They sent out a new Tech to fix the additional issue that it was dragging and making a weird sound when it was being rolled up. The glass was replaced and I was reimbursed for the getting the locking mechanism issue fixed. The tech and I tested everything to ensure all of it works and that I was satisfied. I do Appreciate the effort they made and I am grateful. Updated the star rating because they went above and beyond to fix the issue.
